The RT 100 InoxPro is our new high-performance drill for stainless steel and titanium alloys.On the one hand, it is characterized by the completely newly developed cutting edge geometry and the premium design of the chip flutes and cutting edges. In this way, we guarantee optimal chip formation and removal as well as high process reliability, even with deep bore holes up to 7xD.On the other hand, we use a tougher carbide compared to the previous RT 100 VA drill and use the new wear-resistant Perrox coating, which increases the tool life considerably.Overall, with the RT 100 InoxPro we can increase the feed in stainless steels by 50% compared to the previous RT 100 VA and thus significantly reduce the machining times for the customer.Main competitpors:Our main competitors are the high performance Mitsubishi MMS and MPS 1 drills, as well as theWalter DC 175 and the Mapal SCD 411 stainless steel drill, which are all sold at a high price level.With the RT 100 InoxPro, we offer our customers an absolutely competitive high-performance drill formaximum cutting data and tool life in stainless steel and titanium alloys at a comparatively fair price.Target group:Our target group are customers who drill components made of stainless steel or titanium alloys in series and value short process times or long tool life.The RT 100 InoxPro can be used, for example, in the food industry for perforated disks of a meat grinder or in mechanical and plant engineering for processing parts of a bottling plant.Other examples of areas of application are energy technology with heat exchangers or medical technology with bone plates.Portfolio:The RT 100 InoxPro will be available as a complete product family from 3xD length through 5xD to 7XD length.
