GROB presents groundbreaking and cross-industry technologies at EMO 2023

EMO, one of the most renowned trade fairs in the field of metal working technology, is a special highlight for GROB and offers the ideal platform to present in-house developments and solutions to a global audience. Visitors can experience the latest news from GROB live from 18 to 23 September in Hall 12, Booth B12.

Mindelheim/Hanover. GROB will again present an impressive range of advanced technologies this year. From automation solutions to digitization products to machining, the company will demonstrate its entire portfolio of expertise, making it a preferred partner for companies in a wide range of industries. ” EMO is a special highlight for us every time and is associated with great anticipation because it allows us to share our passion for technology and innovation,” says Christian Müller, Member of the Board & CSO of GROB-WERKE.

GROB automation solutions – customized, efficient, powerful

The focus of this year’s EMO participation at GROB-WERKE is the presentation of its diverse automation solutions. Therefore, the Allgäu-based machine manufacturer exhibits an enormous range of products. Visitors can look forward to 4- and 5-axis universal machines in combination with robotic cells and rotary pallet storage system. A special highlight is the AGV (Driverless Transport System) from GROB, which is also celebrating its fair premiere. It simplifies material transport thanks to the latest sensor technology and thus automates the in-house material supply.

G720F – Fair premiere at EMO 2023

With the G720F, GROB presents a highly resilient and flexible machining center for cutting technology. The machine belongs to the F-Series family – a machine variant specially developed and designed for machining lightweight components such as frame structural components and chassis parts, but also for battery housings. The G720F’s remarkable features include its axis arrangement, combined with high machine dynamics, as well as a large work area due to the horizontal spindle position. In addition to the presentation of the G720F, GROB is also giving a preview of the new 900 series, which has been specially developed for the machining of battery trays, mega and giga castings and extruded profiles.

No business division comes up short at EMO

In the usual GROB fashion, however, the other business divisions are equally well represented at EMO. Visitors can also look forward to the presentation of the service portfolio, the digitization products of GROB-NET4Industry, and exciting exhibits from the field of electromobility. In addition, GROB will underline its commitment to the future of manufacturing by presenting the liquid metal printing machine GMP300.

There is no substitute for direct contact

Every two years, EMO once again offers GROB the opportunity to present its many years of experience and expertise in metal working to a broad audience.

Visitors can get in direct contact with GROB experts and find out about the latest innovations and technologies. “We look forward to welcoming our customers and prospects to our booth and presenting them with tailor-made solutions for their specific requirements,” emphasizes Christian Müller, Member of the Board & CSO of GROB-WERKE.
